Amortizationsd provides a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with real estate development projects. We are not financial advisors and do not guarantee investment returns.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All investments carry risks. The value of your investment may decrease as well as increase, and you may not recover the amount invested. You should read and understand all project materials before investing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Amortizationsd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Panama.
